Brraiinnss… BRAAIINN(iac)S in Summit Week 5

With all these brains out in Summit you’d think we have a class full of zombies getting ready for a feast… nope, it’s just our Anatomy and Surgical Techniques class taking their first stab at dissection. Yesterday, campers learned about the parts of their brain and got to see the lobes in real life on a sheep’s brain. 

This focused camper was making careful incisions on her sheep’s brain.

Another camper has identified the cerebellum and is quick to identify the other lobes. 

This is only the start of a very promising neurosurgery career 😉
