We put the SPUD in Fun [Week 5]

We have a lot of fun during our breaks! The campers love going on the swings, spinning as fast as possible on the merry-go-round, and playing intense games of chess and Connect-4! Our favorite game, however, is SPUD, an activity that incorporates some elements of dodge ball and HORSE. A kickball is tossed up high, someone catches it and yells “SPUD!”, takes three big steps, and tries to get someone out by tossing it at them! It’s a great icebreaker for the campers, and an enjoyable way to relax between classes!
