I Scream for Ice Cream! [Week 5]

In our Engineering of Ice Cream class, students explore the process of making ice cream and its packaging, and get the chance to engineer their own frozen treats! Ice cream isn’t the only sweet they make, though- they also got the chance to make their own recipes and procedures for lemonade and rice krispy treats! Of course, they got to share their delicious creations with the rest of the camp, as well!
