Basking Ridge Week 7: Tropical Thursday and Other Fun!

Another week is winding down! We had so much fun dressing up in tropical outfits today for Theme Thursday- it really felt like we were at the beach, especially after all the rain we had! Despite the rain, we still managed to have some really fun indoor breaks. We played a camp favorite called BANG! and one of our teachers led a water bottle flipping game! As far as our classes go, Website Design is continuing to create and perfect their website features and information. On Friday they will present their work in class, so check out the YouTube channel tomorrow to see those! The Math Competition Training class learned more strategies to assist them in solving problems more efficiently, including finding patterns rather than solving difficult equations by hand. They have continued to take Math Olympiad quizzes in the afternoons and today will be working on some math puzzles! Meanwhile, ISEE Test Prep has been reviewing drills and common test questions. Today they will focus on reading comprehension and synonyms and will end the week by taking a full practice test tomorrow. It’s been a great week!
