A Great End to our First Week [Art Gallery]

As they say “All things must come to an end”…until they start again on Monday. We had a great first week in Summit. Minecraft was, as always, a hit. We had the opportunity to get up close to some dissected frogs (I probably will never eat frogs legs now). Our Youngsters had a blast with Dash and Dot. The campers went “Ga Ga”…(get it) over Ga Ga ball during break. No, unfortunately that does mean Lady Ga Ga came to play during break…maybe next week. We capped the session off with an Art Gallery down our stretch of hallway in Kent Place School’s main building. Artwork was featured from Canvas Painting, Comic Creation, 3D Printing, as well as samples of suturing on banana peels by our Anatomy class. We had parents join us as we kicked off the event with our Creative Writing and Public Speaking campers show off their newly acquired skills. On to Week 4…so uh “May the (Week) 4th be with you”!
