YAAAA!!! ICE CREAM!!!

Temperatures are high outside in NJ, and we all know what that calls for…ICE CREAM!!! Over here in Short Hills, our Ice Cream Entrepreneur class are beyond simply going out for the frozen treat, they are starting up  their own ICE CREAM BUSINESS! From logos to jingles, our campers are currently brainstorming an entire business model from the ground up!

In the above pictures, our entrepreneurs are using survey methods to ask the opinions of their peers about the flavors that appeal to them. Some of these creative flavors include SHARK ice cream, VERY BERRY, and even one breakfast flavor that included BACON! Campers will take this data to develop their very own menu in the coming days.

The one that most appealed too Assistant Site Director Nick and Teacher Hannah was the Shark flavored ice cream. The name alone, presents many questions. Is it actually Shark or just a gimmick? If it is actually SHARK, what does SHARK in ice cream taste like?! If someone asks, they will not be giving out their secret recipe… This business sounds like one you can definitely sink your teeth into!
